We are thrilled to share that the SOEM CPD Seminar held on 17th May 2025 at AC Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, was a resounding success! 🎉

A total of 29 enthusiastic participants, including all the way from Brunei joined us for a full-day seminar & tabletop exercise that covered a wide range of vital topics- Disaster Management, Risk Assessment Techniques, Emergency Response Planning, Case Studies, role of various stakeholders, and more.
The full-day seminar and tabletop exercise covered a comprehensive range of vital topics that are crucial for our industry. From Disaster Management and Risk Assessment Techniques to Emergency Response Planning and insightful Case Studies, participants were immersed in knowledge that bridges theory with practical application. The role of various stakeholders in emergency preparedness was explored in depth, giving everyone a broader perspective on how different entities work together during critical situations.

What truly made the day special was the interactive tabletop exercise session, expertly led by Dr Nabil from the Emergency & Trauma Department of Hospital Selayang and Tuan Tc Zulkhairani Ramli from the Fire & Rescue Department. Participants actively engaged with real-world scenarios, contributing insightful perspectives and innovative solutions. The energy and collaboration in the room created a dynamic learning environment where theory met practice, and ideas flowed freely among professionals dedicated to excellence.
